We wish to announce that Meden Tibi Panga has passed on to perpetual life on July 26, 2017.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Community Chapel at, Modern Village Subdivision, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Interment has been arranged at Sto. Nino Memorial Park.
