We wish to announce that Leonida Ama Chavez has passed on to perpetual life on September 1, 2017.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Pamukid, San Fernando, Camarines Sur.

Interment has been arranged at San Fernando Cemetery.
