We wish to announce that Cesar Gregorio Cangayo has passed on to perpetual life on April 28, 2018.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at, San Francisco Street, Gainza, Camarines Sur.

Interment has been arranged at Gainza Cemetery.
