We wish to announce that EMILY ELCARTE CARDEÑO has passed on to perpetual life on October 3, 2025.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Casuray Magarao.

Interment has been arranged at Sta. Lucia Cemetery, Sta. Lucia Magarao will follow immediately after mass on Oct. 10, 2025, Friday @ 1:00 P.M. at the Casuray Church.
