We wish to announce that Felicitas Formalejo Conmigo has passed on to perpetual life on June 28, 2017.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Ocampo, Camarines Sur.

Interment has been arranged at Ocampo Catholic Cemetery.
