We wish to announce that Flaviano Billo Navida has passed on to perpetual life on Feb. 1, 2017.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Caroyroyan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Interment will be on Thursday, February 09, 2017,  at Ocampo Cemetery, after the one o’clock memorial mass at the Christ the King Parish Church
