We wish to announce that Francis Xavier I. Navarro has passed on to perpetual life on Nov. 16, 2018.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Serenity Chapel, FUNERARIA IMPERIAL, 107 Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City.

Interment will be on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at the Sto. Niño Memorial Park, after the three o’clock funeral mass, at The Basilica Minore  Church.
