We wish to announce that Jay Zabala Lorenzo has passed on to perpetual life on July 25, 2018.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Daet, Camarines Norte.

Interment has been arranged at CREMATION.
