We wish to announce that Mariano Lipa Viñas has passed on to perpetual life on February 2, 2018.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at Balatas, Naga City.

Interment has been arranged at Concepcion City Cemetery.
