We wish to announce that Raul Arcangel Mortega has passed on to perpetual life on April 9, 2019.

The immediate family wishes to inform relatives, friends, and well-wishers that the remains are currently in repose at Residence at, San Rafael Cararayan, N.C.

Interment has been arranged at Eternal Garden.
